4DOCTORS Refer-a-Colleague Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the 4DOCTORS Refer-a-Colleague Program ("Program"). These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Program, through which you can refer eligible colleagues to enroll in 4DOCTORS educational courses offered on 4doctors.us. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are registered users of 4doctors.us.
  • The Program is available only to individuals, not businesses or organizations.
  • Employees, affiliates, and partners of 4DOCTORS LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How the Program Works

  • Registered users of 4doctors.us ("Referrers") will be provided with a unique referral link after enrollment in any eligible 4DOCTORS educational course.
  • Referrers may share their unique referral link with colleagues who have not previously registered on 4doctors.us or enrolled in a 4DOCTORS course ("Referees").
  • Referees must use the unique referral link to register and purchase an eligible 4DOCTORS educational course to qualify for the Program.

4. Rewards

  • Referrers will receive a reward of [insert reward details, e.g., a discount, cashback, or gift card] for each Referee who successfully registers and purchases an eligible course using the unique referral link.
  • Rewards will be issued within [insert timeline, e.g., 30 days] of the Referee's completed purchase.

5. Conditions for Referees

  • To qualify, Referees must:
    1. Be new users to 4doctors.us.
    2. Complete the registration process using the Referrer's unique referral link.

6. Prohibited Activities

Participants must not:

  • Misrepresent their relationship with 4DOCTORS LLC.
  • Use the Program for fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using fake identities.
  • Share referral links through spam emails, mass messaging, or other forms of unsolicited communication.
  • Sell, trade, or barter referral links.

7. Modification and Termination

  • 4DOCTORS LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
  • In the event of termination, pending rewards will be honored for referrals made before the termination date, provided all conditions are met.

8. Taxes

Any rewards earned under the Program may be subject to tax reporting and withholding, as required by applicable law. Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

9. Disputes

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.
  • Participants waive the right to bring claims in a class-action lawsuit or arbitration.

11. General Provisions

  • These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and 4DOCTORS LLC concerning the Program.
  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
