4DOCTORS is considered a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and is compliant with all applicable rules and regulations of HIPAA. 4DOCTORS is committed to keeping all protected health information (PHI) that we may receive from or with respect to our customers private and secure.

As a company, we require that all employees sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment, and we train all employees on the HIPAA requirements to ensure the highest standards of compliance are maintained.

4DOCTORS is dedicated to protecting all PHI and sensitive personal information. We implement the necessary measures to ensure our systems and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws. Our specific commitments include:
