4DOCTORS is building a Research Participant Registry for individuals interested in being contacted about future research opportunities.

Our research program is focused on understanding how short physiological measurements — including heart rate variability (HRV) and autonomic nervous system signals — may contribute to the study of human health, resilience, recovery, and response to interventions.

Joining the registry allows us to contact you if a future research study may be relevant to you.

Future 4DOCTORS research may include:

Women’s Health & Fertility
Physiological patterns associated with reproductive health, hormonal transitions, fertility, perimenopause, and menopause.

Primary Care & Preventive Health
Research into whether short physiological assessments may provide useful additional information for clinical evaluation and longitudinal health monitoring.

Mental Health & Autonomic Regulation
The relationship between autonomic physiology, stress, emotional health, exhaustion, and response to interventions.

Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine
Research examining measurable physiological changes before and after acupuncture and other integrative interventions.

Intervention Response
Physiological changes associated with exercise, sleep, meditation, breathwork, therapeutic interventions, and health technologies.

Longitudinal & Population Health Research
The study of physiological patterns over time and their potential relationship to resilience, recovery, health trajectories, and future preventive-care models.
